Jody did a fantastic job finding properties to meet our requirements, scheduling visits and help during the negotiation process. She then continued to assist after our offer was accepted to get inspection completed and confirmation of things resolved. Closing was also a breeze. This was all while we live 240 miles away. While we waited for our new construction to be completed, Jody even assisted in finding us a short term rental, and doing drive bys for us, while we were still in Raleigh, packing up.
